RazorCart Maintenance Plan for Upgrades and Support

Get access to the latest features and our experienced technicians! This is the yearly package for all of your RazorCart needs. We now offer a subscription to give you access to upgrades and our experienced support technicians standing by to answer your questions.
 
What do you get?
We release new versions of the cart frequently with bug fixes, security patches and new features which provide a level of protection for your eCommerce site. You get unlimited access to upgrades throughout the year to keep your eCommerce site running smoothly. You also get access to our Premium Help Desk to answer your support questions. This package includes up to 7 hours of Premium Support and is valid for one domain name.  All credits expire after one year of your subscription. Credits do not roll-over into the next subscription period.  If you are interested in full website support or Enterprise Maintenance Plans, please contact us for a custom quote. 

Yearly Subscription Terms

The RazorCart Maintenance Plan is a yearly recurring charge of $1,000 that gives you access to the cart downloads for a one year and access to *Premium Support. It can be cancelled any time after one year. The RazorCart Maintenance Plan includes up to seven hours of *Premium Support. 

This subscription is specific to the RazorCart License Key that it is associated with. You will be asked to enter a RazorCart License Key at the time you download a new version,  If you own more than one RazorCart License Key,  you will need to purchase a separate Maintenance Plan for each License Key. You will continue to be billed until subscription is canceled. All charges are processed by SC Technology Group, LLC. *Premium Support is defined as troubleshooting issues and assisting in upgrades and supporting software released by Smith Consulting only. This does not include DNN Upgrades, skins or 3rd party modules. All credits expire after one year of your subscription. Credits do not roll-over into the next subscription period.
